Luke Jordan was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1989 and was fishing with his father for spotted bass, stripped bass, and bluegill from the time he could hold a rod. In high school he discovered fly fishing and could be found at the Chattahoochee river most days. At 20 he joined the Marine Corps as an Infantryman and served 10 years with multiple deployments. While stationed at Camp Lejeune he caught his first redfish and was hooked.
Luke loves chasing and showing clients big schools of hungry red drum, which can be found year-round in this area. He also fishes seasonally for speckled trout, black drum, and sheepshead inshore. When he is not out with clients fishing, he is usually still on the water with his dog Blakely and his girlfriend learning about the ecosystem. His girlfriend Edye is a wildlife biologist and specializes in ornithology, so together they can identify pretty much every living thing in the area.
